Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive in Sydney

Welcome to Sydney - the cosmopolitan hub of Australia. A fun and charismatic city for gastronomes, art lovers and outdoorsy people, Sydney is just the place to be for a relaxing holiday. From the Airport, get transferred to your place of stay on a shared basis in a coach/bus (seat-in-coach or SIC basis). Check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.


Day 2 : Sydney City Tour | Optional Tour: Tall Ship Cruise

Begin your day with a filling breakfast and prepare for a Sydney City Tour. You will be picked up from the hotel in a shared coach/bus (seat-in-coach or SIC basis) to travel through the famous attractions of Sydney. See Sydney’s white sandy northern beaches, including Bondi Beach. Take a walk around the historic Rocks area and hear about the early convict history. Thereafter, head to Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair for a postcard-perfect view of the Opera House in front of the bridge, before ending the tour at the city center.               
After the excursion, the rest of the day would be at leisure. You could either continue exploring Sydney on your own or go on an Optional Tour to enjoy a tall ship cruise (at an additional cost). Once at the dock, board the ship to sail around the beautiful Sydney Harbour. As the wind fills the sails, glide past the Opera House and experience the magical twilight views of Sydney's harbour. The tour would last for 1.5 hours
Later, retire to the comfort of your hotel room for the night.


Day 3 : Sydney - Blue Mountain and Sydney wildlife

After Breakfast, begin your Tour to discover the spectacular Blue Mountains and see native wildlife whilst you explore World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park. This rugged and beautiful region forms part of the Great Dividing Range, linking tropical north to temperate south, while dividing coastal cities from the vast Outback. Enjoy a stop at Echo Point and see the famous Three Sisters rock formation and have an opportunity to visit the Waradah Aboriginal Centre and hear the ancient Aboriginal legends of this impressive rock formation (own expense). Arrive at Scenic World and join the optional Blue Mountain rides - Scenic Railway, Cableway or Skyway (own expense). These rides are a great way to see the steep valleys, canyons and Three Sisters rock formation. Discover Leura village where you will have free time for lunch or the chance to wander the streets. Next, we enjoy an afternoon encounter at Featherdale Park and have your photo taken with a cuddly koala, see kangaroos, wombats, dingoes and cute little fairy penguins. Our last stop will be at Homebush Bay, the venue of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Here, you have the opportunity to catch your river cruise vessel back to Sydney and enjoy a relaxing cruise along the Parramatta River (own expense). If you do not wish to join the ferry, the coach will travel back to Sydney. Overnight stay in Sydney Hotel.


Day 4 : Departure from Sydney, arrival in Melbourne

Check out from the hotel and head to the Sydney airport for your journey to Melbourne. Arrive in Melbourne | Optional Tour: Dinner at Colonial Tramcar Restaurant
Vibrant cities, sun-drenched beaches, extraordinary adventure sports and thriving wildlife are some of the reasons that make Australia a traveller’s paradise. Your exciting holiday in Australia would begin with your arrival in Melbourne. With art galleries, theatres, landscapes gardens, parks, Victorian-era architecture and museums, Melbourne is the cultural hub of Australia. Upon arrival, clear your immigration formalities and head to your hotel. From the Melbourne airport, head to your place of stay on a shared basis in a shared coach/bus (seat-in-coach or SIC basis). Check-in at the hotel (standard check-in time is 2 pm and early check in depends upon the availability of the room at the hotel) and spend the rest of the day would be at leisure. During this free time, you could opt for an Optional Tour to enjoy a delectable dinner at the Colonial Tramcar Restaurant (at an additional cost). Delightful, exciting and fascinating, it is the world’s first restaurant on wheels. Enjoy lip-smacking Australian cuisine while riding along scenic streets. The tour would conclude in about 1.5 – 2 hours.
Later have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.


Day 5 : Melbourne City Tour | Optional Tour: Visit Eureka Skydeck with Edge Experience

Begin the day with a hearty breakfast and set out to explore Melbourne with a City Tour to explore the famous attractions of Melbourne. Make your way to Chinatown, a distinctive area lined with heritage buildings, museums and restaurants. Cross Swanston and Collins Street to reach Fitzroy Garden. After strolling around the flowerbeds, expansive lawns and fountains in the garden, proceed to the Parliament House. Up next, head to the Federation Square, a cultural hub of Melbourne with an exceptional array of restaurants, bars and specialty stores. Swing by the Melbourne Cricket Ground (visit only from outside), Australia's premium stadium and a symbol of Melbourne’s sporting heritage, and end the tour at the city centre. The total duration of the tour would be 1.5 – 2 hours
After exploring the famous sights of Melbourne, spend the rest of the day at leisure. You could either relax in the comfortable hotel room or choose an Optional Tour to a 297.3-metre tall skyscraper - the Eureka Skydeck 88 (at an additional cost). See the panoramic view of the city’s skyline and enjoy the unique experience that gives you a chance to stand on a switch-operated glass cube that moves at a speed of 3 feet per second (1 m/s). Look over the Melbourne city district and spot its famous attractions. This tour would conclude in 1hour.
Post a day of exciting exploration, retire to the hotel room for the night.


Day 6 : Optional Tour: Excursion to Phillip Island

Post breakfast, spend the day at your own pace as it is at leisure. Continue your quest to explore Australia by choosing an Optional Tour to Phillip Island (at an additional cost). Journey south-east to visit Maru Koala and Animal Park to see koalas, kangaroos and native Australian birds. View the spectacular coastal scenery at the Nobbies (do note that Nobbies’ viewing is seasonal and dependent on daylight hours). From the walkways you may be able to catch a glimpse of Australia’s largest population of fur seals frolicking along the coastline. Browse through the Phillip Island Visitors Information Centre to learn about the penguins and their life on this island. The duration of the tour would be about 10 – 12 hours.
After that refreshing encounter with nature and its creations, return to the hotel room for a comfortable overnight stay.


Day 7 : Melbourne Departure

After the scrumptious Breakfast, we will check out at appropriate time and drive to the airport for your flight back home. We hope you take back many happy memories of your holiday.   • 25% of Holiday Package Cost will be applicable, Cancelled 51 Days or More
  • 50% of Holiday Package Cost will be applicable, Cancelled between 50 – 36 Days
  • 75% of Holiday Package Cost will be applicable, Cancelled between 35 – 21 Days
  • 100% of Holiday Package Cost will be applicable, Cancelled 20 Days or less.

  • Hotel normal check in time is 1400 - 1600 hours and check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours
  • Package cost is subject to change until full confirmation for package tour.

  • Room type (double or twin is Subject to Availability and is at sole discretion of the hotel)
  • Itinerary is just indicative. Do not consider it as a Final Schedule. Date & Time of Tours can be changed by Local Agent / Tour Operator.

  • The cost of outbound package tour is payable in convertible foreign exchange (subject to RBI/GOI regulation) except cost of ticket. Package Cost includes (Ground handling charges) Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota). ROE will be applicable at the time of final payment of the Tour Package.
  • Reservation Vouchers and Air Tickets will be handed over 3 days before the scheduled Tour, after receiving the full and final payment.
  • Selection of seats in Airline is subject to availability and is at sole discretion of the airlines.
  • As of now we are not holding any service, it is Subject to Availability. Booking process will start only after receiving booking amount.
  • Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during Peak Season/Holiday surcharge and major events/fairs and convention.
  • Tour is in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used for other group tourists too.
  • The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be responsible. Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.
